Aug 3, Festival Aug 10, 11, then Aug 17, 24, 31 st . (until end of harvest)
Knights will use the SIGN-UP GENIUS to fill volunteer labor schedule
Regular Saturdays schedules 8 to 10 and 10 to noon (at least 2 adults / shift)
Festival weekend: 3 Multiply sites, daily 11 to 4 hours
Estimated sales: 20 to 50 doz / hour @ retail price $8.00 / dozen
Revenue Shared: Knights wholesale supply receive 50%, Volunteers 50%
Example: in a 2 hour shift sales = 40 doz. ($4.00) = $160
Split 1 Knights member and 2 Parents/student (pair)
Knights receive $50 and HCS receives $110
Example: in a 2 hour shift sales = 40 doz. ($4.00) = $160
Split 0 Knights member and 3 Parents/student (pair)
Knights receive $00 and HCS receives $160
Responsible Parent/student team can be trained by participating in early season
Saturday sweet corn sales to oversee a scheduled sale period.
Sales period schedule will be posted so that plans and volunteer commitments can be
met.
